Panoramic prints

Did you know that here at Royce Howland Print Studio, we can make prints that aren’t limited to “standard sizes”?

Our large format printers can use standard pre-cut sheets, but they are primarily designed to print from rolls. Rolls do come in a few standard widths, such as 17″, 24″, 36″ and 44″. So the width of a print is limited by the width of the paper roll. But the length can be as long as you need. This is ideal for making custom panoramic prints which are typically 2, 3 or even 4 times as long as they are wide.

There’s no special handling needed for panoramic prints, although you do need to consider how you will mount and/or frame prints that are extra wide. Contact RHPS today if you’d like to find out more about printing your panoramic photos!
